Surf Air Secures $5M to Fuel Regional Flight Expansion

Surf Air Mobility is a Los Angeles-based regional air mobility platform and one of the largest commuter airlines in the U.S. by scheduled departures.

The Company recently raised $5 million which will be used to reduce certain debt obligations and for general corporate purposes.

Surf Air is also the largest U.S. passenger operator of Cessna Caravans. In addition to its airline operations, Surf Air Mobility is developing an AI-powered software platform for the Regional Air Mobility industry.

Positron Corporation is a medical technology company that co-develops, manufactures, and sells state-of-the-art PET and PET-CT imaging systems and clinical services to nuclear medicine healthcare providers throughout North America.

The Company announced it has secured $8 million in capital to accelerate its expansion in the PET-CT market and further strengthen its position as a premier provider of advanced imaging technology and services for nuclear cardiology and oncology.

The investment was exclusively equity based, offering 8 million shares of its common stock to two strategic investors that were not disclosed in the announcement.

ATHA Energy Corp has amended the terms of its C$10 million private placement, now offering a mix of flow-through shares at C$0.47 and charity flow-through shares at C$0.61.

The Corporation intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to advance exploration and development of the Company’s Angilak project and other exploration stage-projects.

ATHA is a Canadian mineral company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of uranium assets in the pursuit of a clean energy future. With a strategically balanced portfolio including three 100%-owned post discovery uranium projects (the Angilak Project located in Nunavut, and CMB Discoveries in Labrador, and the newly discovered basement hosted GMZ high-grade uranium discovery located in the Athabasca Basin).
