Spire Global Hits Launch Button on $40 Million Financing

IonQ, Inc. is a leader in the quantum computing and networking industries, delivering high-performance systems aimed at solving the world’s largest and most complex commercial and research use cases has raised $360 million from its recent ATM program.

The Company’s President and CEO, Niccolo De Masi stated, “We are pleased to have been able to raise over $350 million, even in the recent turbulent markets. On a pro-forma basis, this brings our cash balance on December 31, 2024 to over $700 million. We are confident that we now have the capital we need for continued global leadership in both our quantum computing and quantum networking divisions.”

Spire is a global provider of space-based data, analytics and space services, offering unique datasets and powerful insights about Earth so that organizations can make decisions with confidence.

Spire builds, owns, and operates a fully deployed satellite constellation that observes the Earth in real time using radio frequency technology. The data acquired by Spire’s satellites provides global weather intelligence, ship and plane movements, and spoofing and jamming detection to better predict how their patterns impact economies, global security, business operations, and the environment.

The Company has announced a $40 million private placement and intends to use the net proceeds from the raise for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Banyan Gold is focused on advancing and de-risking its 7.0 million ounce AurMac Gold Project in the Yukon, Canada’s newest and rapidly growing mining district.

The Company announced it has closed its CAD $14.5 million non-brokered private placement through flow-through and common shares which will be used to to advance its AurMac Gold Project in the Yukon.

"This strategic financing positions Banyan to advance the AurMac Project in 2025 and 2026 including an upsized drill program in 2025, metallurgy, engineering, baseline studies and community engagement," said, Tara Christie, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
