BTQ Technologies Corp. has completed a brokered LIFE financing, raising CAD$10 million through the sale of over 3.3 million common shares at C$2.98 each. The proceeds will support general corporate activities and the advancement of its quantum computation memory product. This financing underscores BTQ’s dedication to strengthening its foothold in the quantum technology industry.

Volkswagen Group, through its financing arm Volkswagen Finance Luxemburg S.A., is investing approximately $48 million to acquire a 9.9% stake in Patriot Battery Metals at a premium to recent stock averages. The deal includes a 10-year binding offtake agreement with Volkswagen’s PowerCo SE to secure 100,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate annually, supporting battery production in Europe and North America. This partnership aligns with Volkswagen’s strategic push for lithium supply from the Shaakichiuwaanaan Lithium Project in Québec, Canada, to fuel its growing EV ambitions.
