Adani Enterprises Reports 4.2x Demand on USD $500 Million Financing

Adani Enterprises Limited (ADANIENT.NS) raises USD $500 million for capital expenditure, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
NGEx Minerals (TSX: NGEX) increases its private placement to CAD $175 million to further exploration programs at the Lunahuasi project in San Juan Province, Argentina and continued exploration and maintenance of the company's Los Helados project located in Region III, Chile.
Bright Minds (NASDAQ: DRUG) announces USD $35 million non-brokered private placement for research and development related to its drug development programs, and general working capital.
Adani Enterprises Limited is a part of the Adani portfolio of companies, known for their successful execution of large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors in India. AEL is recognized as India's largest listed business incubator, with a focus on four core sectors: energy and utility, transportation and logistics, consumer goods, and primary industry. These businesses are a balanced combination of well-established ventures and emerging enterprises, all dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of India. The company successfully raised USD $500 million via a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of equity shares. The QIP saw overwhelming demand, receiving bids of approximately 4.2x of the deal size from a diverse group of investors, including global long-only investors, major Indian mutual funds, and insurance companies. According to the company the proceeds will be utilized for funding capital expenditure, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
NGEx Minerals announced that due to strong demand it has elected to increase its non-brokered private placement to CAD $175 million. NGEx Minerals is a copper and gold exploration company based in Canada, focused on exploration of the Lunahuasi copper-gold-silver project in San Juan Province, Argentina, and the nearby Los Helados copper-gold project located approximately nine kilometres northeast in Chile's Region III. Both projects are located within the Vicuña District, which includes the Caserones mine, and the Josemaria and Filo del Sol deposits. NGEx Minerals owns 100% of Lunahuasi and is the majority partner and operator for the Los Helados project, subject to a Joint Exploration Agreement with Nippon Caserones Resources LLC, which is the indirect 49% owner of the operating Caserones open pit copper mine located approximately 17 kilometres north of Los Helados. Lundin Mining Corporation holds the remaining 51% stake in Caserones.
