Nano Nuclear Energy, has announced the pricing for its $18 million underwritten offering. As a pioneering nuclear energy company, Nano Nuclear focuses on portable microreactor technology, nuclear fuel fabrication, transportation, and consulting services. The Company believes it is the first publicly listed portable nuclear microreactor company in the U.S.
Jones Soda, is a leading developer of sodas and cannabis-infused beverages known for their premium taste, unique flavors and unconventional brand personality has announced it has increased its financing from $3 million to $4 million. "Based on strong demand, we are pleased to increase the size of the private placement to allow more interested parties the opportunity to participate," said David Knight the CEO of Jones Soda. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to support growth and for general corporate purposes.
Core Scientific’s Bitcoin mining operations
Core Scientific, a Bitcoin mining company, has mandated the conversion of its outstanding secured convertible notes that are set to mature in 2029. This conversion will involve exchanging around 45 million shares of Core Scientific’s common stock for $260 million in convertible debt.
